DR. MICHAEL ROESSLER: I think the best thing about my practice is my dental team. They've all had extensive training and many years of experience in the dental field. When you come here, I think you're going to have one of the best dental experiences that you've ever had. My staff is absolutely fabulous at what they do. They're going to make you feel comfortable. They've had many years of experience as well in customer service. And I really am proud of them.

JAYME: I am Dr. Roessler's chair-side assistant. And I've been with him since 2007. And I like working for Dr. Roessler because he's a very honest man. He's very gentle. He's very kind and considerate. And one of the things that, you know, I feel as though I have a knack for here in this office is making his patients feel very comfortable and at ease because coming to the dental office is--it's scary. You know, this is one of the last places that people want to be. And I, I'm funny. I talk a lot. And so that really helps people settle down. And it helps them get to know us and, you know, feel like they're a part of our family.
